We make every effort to ship items stocked in our warehouse in Valencia, CA within 4 business days (with the exception of holidays). Shipping is done exclusively with UPS ground or via various LTL freight carriers (for heavy freight or multiple items). Shipping method and carrier choice is at our discretion. Note: a street address will be required at the time payment is made since UPS and our freight carriers do not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Free shipping is available to customers in the continental United States with any order and by using standard ground shipping only. Free shipping does not apply to spare or replacement parts.

We would like to assure you that our fixtures are made from top quality materials and workmanship & we are 100% sure that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. If any parts of our lighting show defects or tarnishes during a period of one year, we will repair or replace the fixture free of charge, assuming the item is maintained properly.
Returns or Damaged Items:
Customers have 7 days from receiving any item to call in a return. The item(s) can not be assembled or installed prior to returning. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from FirstLight. This strict time-period is to ensure FirstLight can return merchandise to appropriate manufacturer in a reasonable time-frame. It is important that you repackage any return very carefully in the original packing. If the return is not due to manufacturer defects, a restocking fee will apply. A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 25% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee; shipping funds will not be refunded.
Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Many of our products are fragile and may sustain damage during shipping, even if the carton appears to be in good condition. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, be sure to notify us no later than 7 days upon receiving the item, allowing proper time to file a claim through the carrier. A claim will be filed with the carrier to credit your account for the damaged fixture(s), which we will replace at no cost. If the damaged product is repairable with replacement parts, these parts will be shipped at no cost. FirstLight will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement parts or products. If you would like to return the damaged product with no replacement, the return will be subject to our standard return policy.
